CHAS Furniture Service

Our furniture service depends on donations from the local community, we collect individual items and household clearances at no charge . Your donations are sold at low cost in our shop and help us to provide all of our services free of charge to your fellow residents. By donating furniture to us you can also help the environment as it reduces the amount of household goods going into landfill.

Shop and Warehouse - Rebecca Street, Bradford, BD1 2RU

Our Furniture Service is currently open to the public Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm.

We have over 6000 sq ft of sales area in our shop and warehouse where you can buy good quality, second hand furniture; and occasionally low cost new items.

All purchases over £30 qualify for free delivery in Bradford and Calderdale.

All our beds are sold with the option of a new matress. We usually have a selction of double, single, bunk beds and cots on offer.

All our electical goods are checked in our workshops and come with a guarantee. We particularly need donations of electric and gas cookers, washing machines, dryers, fridges and freezers.

Donating Unwanted Household Goods

We rely on regular donations from the local community; remember that we offer free collections in the Bradford and Calderdale areas. If you would like to help us by passing on your unwanted furniture you can email us at:

CHAS desperately needs more electrical appliances to cope with the demand. We have electricians who can repair items, so even if it is broken we can still use it.
